Instead of printing, packing and posting correspondence to your customers or clients you can now use our ready to go paperless postal system. Our free to download mailing system can be easily integrated into your existing IT systems.
You still create the documents as you normally would on your own computers, but instead of printing and posting you simply send the electronic document via our secure online postal system.
Sending a standard letter to a customer via a traditional postal service (paper based) can cost on average £1.
When you consider the combined cost of toner, paper, envelopes, stamps and labour the cost of sending paper based post is really expensive.
Overview of how it works;
Create the document on your computer and save it as a PDF
Open the NoMorePost.com Mailer Application on your computer.
Go to the Mail Bag section and select the customer you want to send the letter to.
Browse for the saved PDF file and click "Send".
Note*
Once sent, the document can be tracked so you can see when your customer has received and read an item.
The Costs of Using our Paperless Postal System
We operate a pay-as-you-go system and this means that for every page (25kb) you send you pay only 1p (£0.01)
Example:
If your business spends £1,000 on printing and posting correspondence to customers every month, using our paperless system should help you save at least £900 per month, thats a 90% saving.

Getting Started
Setting up a Paperless Postal System for your Business
Step 1 - Register
Click the "Register" button on the top of any page and fill in the required details.
Step 2 - Download
Once you have completed the registration process you will be able to login to your account and download our Desktop Mailer Application.
To download the Desktop Mailer Application simply login and click on "My Profile" tab, followed by the "Download" tab on the left, then enter the email address where you want the download link sent to, enter the email address and click send.
Step 3 - Importing Your Clients
When the Download is complete you will need to import your client list.
The import needs to be done in a csv format.
To run an import you will need the following columns of information Client Code, Title, Business/Company Name, First Name, Surname, Address 1, Address 2, Address 3, City/Town, State/County, Zip/Postcode, Telephone No, Mobile No and email address.
Note* (Only the Client Code is mandatory when importing)
If you have a database then you can probably run an export with these headings and save it as a csv type file.
Once you have the file saved, click on the "Import" tab in the Desktop Mailer Application and follow the process.
When your client list has been imported our system will allocate each client with a Passkey. The passkey along with your account code, which can bee seen on the top of the application window or in the "info"section, needs to be given to each of your clients as they are required to enter these two codes into their account before they can receive paperless post from you.
Step 4 - Promote
Now that you have your full client list in the Desktop Mailer you need to tell your clients you are running a paperless postal system.
This can be done in various ways such as a Mail Merge, Email, Text Message or by Phone.
When a client wants to use your paperless postal system they must register an account with NoMorePost.com. Then, once logged in they must enter the Passkey and Account Code into the "Open Postal Channel" tab, which is under the "My Profiles" tab in their account.
Your client only has to enter the Passkey and Account Code once, from then on all post you send them will be deposited into their postbox and they will be notified by email when post has arrived.
Unlike email all accounts will remain spam free as it is not possible to send post to users accounts unless passkeys and account codes have been entered.
