NoMorePost.com is a company that provides businesses with a secure facility to send customers their post via an online postal system.

How does it Work?
All users register using the same registration form and all users have the same access rights, whether you are a business user or a personal user.
The only difference is;
Personal Accounts
If you are simply using NoMorePost.com as a way of receiving paperless post then once registered you will be able to login and use our online service.
When you are receiving a paperless postal item for the first time from a new sender you must enter what's called a Passkey and Account Code, this should be given to you by the sender. Remember, these codes are only entered once, from that point on any paperless postal item sent to you by that sender will now automatically appear in your Postbox.
To view your received postal items you will need to log into the website.
Business Users
If you are a business user or sender of paperless post then once registered, you can download our easily to use desktop application, large organisations can use API'S.
Using the desktop appllication, you can create or import your own client database, once your client list is compiled, you can begin to send postal items to your customers via our online postal database system.
Your customers can view any sent item simply by logging into the NoMorePost.com website.
When a customer is receiving a paperless postal item for the first time from a new sender they must enter what's called a Passkey and Account Code, the Account Code is found on the header of the desktop application and the Pass Key is found in the clients information section.
The client only has to enter the codes once, all future postal items you send them will appear automatically in their account.
Is it secure?
Data security is our number one priority and because of that NoMorePost.com uses the same level of security as online banking,
We use SSL encryption certificates, the highest level of encryption available, this is provided by Verisign, who are the market leaders in encryption certificate services.
Data coming into NoMorePost.com is encrypted, which means only the business sending the information and the customer receiving it can see the content.
Why not use email instead?
Email is not a secure service as it is sent over the public domain and can therefore be intercepted or mistakenly sent to the wrong address, which could look very bad for a business.
Also, email accounts receive lots of spam. With NoMorePost.com an online postal account will be completely spam free and will only receive items from companies the user has opened a postal channel with.
Email accounts have limits to the amount of information they can store or the size of files that can be accepted, because of this, items sent to these accounts may not be received.
All items sent through NoMorePost.com are tracked through the document history section on the desktop application and because everything is stored and viewed online there are no limits on file sizes.
