Step 1 - Registering
Registering a new account is very simple, go the Register page and select Personal Account.
Filling in the details is very simple as the only information we need is the following:
Email Address
Password
Confirm Password
Security Question
Security Answer
All the other information is not mandatory and some of you may feel more comfortable with not having to provide us with this additional information.
We want to ensure your privacy and security at all times and that is why we do not need any of the other information.
Think of a NoMorePost.com account like a Swiss bank account for postal items.
Step 2 - Get Post Sent to your NoMorePost.com account
Ok, so your bill or statement provider is using the NoMorePost.com Online Postal System and you need to know how to get the postal item in your account so you can view it?
The business user will issue you with their account name and a passkey, this information is entered into the “Open Postal Channel” section under the profile tab within your account (You need to be logged in to do this).
Remember, you only need to enter this information once, all future online postal items sent from this business will now automatically appear in your account.
Some of you might think that we could all just use email, but email is not secure and it can be easily intercepted as it is all travels over the world wide web (www) which is a public system and accessible by anyone with a computer.
Anything within the NoMorePost.com system is encrypted and only viewable by either those sending the postal item or by those viewing it, even the staff at NoMorePost.com are unable to view the files as everything is encrypted and protected by the worlds leading encryption company, Verisign.
Step 3 - Managing you Online Postal Account
Our system works using the same layouts and features as many popular programs that may have already used, so when you do start to receive electronic post remember this when moving and managing the postal items between folders.
New Post
When an item of new post comes into your account it will appear in the folder called “Postbox”
When you click on the folder called “Postbox” you will see the new items appear in the window to the right.
If you click on any of the postal items it will then preview in the window below.
Once you have viewed your document you can then either move it to an existing folder or create a new folder.
New Folders
To create a new folder simply click the “Add” tab just above the “Postbox” folder.
You will be asked to name the new folder and the location you want to have it.
You can have the new folder as a sub-folder to an existing folder or as a main folder.
Play around with it to see which best suits your needs.
