How It Works
Once registration is complete you will be given an account number and pin code.
This account number and pin code can now be given to whoever you want to receive documents from, this might be a company or even a person.
A company or person sending you a document only has to insert the account and pin numbers into either the subject box or body of an email, and send it to post@nomorepost.com.
Example:
When our system receives the incoming message or document, it checks that the account number exists and only if the pin code matches will the document or message be deposited into your account.
This account number and pin code can also be seen in the ‘My Profile’ section, under ‘Account Details’, when logged in.
Although the system is based around the documents, your account can also be used as an email account, the only difference being that the message is the attachment and not the document.
Our process will ensure that you do not receive any junk mail as it requires an account number and pin code to match, before any items are deposited into your account.
Registering
Unlike many other websites, we will not ask for any personnel information when registering, our system works like a numbered Swiss bank account. We only need enough information to verify who you are should you forget your account details, therefore we do not store any information about you on our servers.
Our system is designed and built to reflect the current awareness of online ID theft, the less information we have about you the better it is for everyone.
Security
Our hardware is hosted in one of the top three data centres in the UK. We are 100% UK based and are completely secured with state of the art hosting facilities, firewall's and SSL protection. Your data security is our number one priority.
We employ some of the best security available, our servers have dedicated firewalls and the pages that are used to register, login or view your documents are encrypted with SSL protection, which is confirmed by the Verisign seal of approval.
If you use online banking you might be familiar with the VeriSign SSL certificate.
Websites that have VeriSign SSL protection can be identified by the presence of a gold padlock symbol. This symbol is usually located, depending on your browser, beside the address bar at the top of your screen or at the bottom of the screen, next to the world symbol.
NoMorePost.com has been verified by VeriSign as being a trustworthy website. Our VeriSign certificate can be viewed by clicking on the VeriSign banner anywhere on the site. |
